Meridian · Traditional Chinese Medicine
A holistic view of body, everyday life and inner balance.
Starting point
TCM has a language problem online. Whoever searches for acupuncture finds either esoteric-sounding texts about energy flows or dry lists of indications. Both put off exactly the people who are thinking about it for the first time.
On top of that, the methods are hard to tell apart. Moxibustion, cupping, herbal medicine: anyone unfamiliar cannot deduce anything from the names.
What we built
Every method stands on its own card, with a photo of the treatment and one sentence in plain words. For moxibustion that reads: gentle warming with mugwort, applied precisely to warm the body and bring it into balance. That is precise enough for professionals and understandable for everyone else.
The imagery is plant-led and warm, with greens and soft light. That takes the coldness out of the clinical without sliding into the esoteric. A serif typeface with italics carries the headings.
The contact route is a simple form. No booking system, no account, because a first conversation in this field is arranged personally anyway.
Result
The study shows how a field that needs explaining can be described without falling into either of the two usual traps. Whoever reads the page can tell the four methods apart and knows which one might be right for them.
