Fuelium delivers diesel to businesses and private customers. The previous ordering process ran entirely over phone and email: request a price, clear up questions, coordinate a date. Time-consuming for customers, error-prone in practice and full of manual work for the team. One thing was clear: a digital solution was needed that covers the entire journey from inquiry to payment.
What we built
We built a website that works like a digital product. At its heart is a price calculator that produces a quote instantly. No waiting, no callback. From there: date selection, address entry and payment, all in one continuous flow. Automated emails keep customers in the loop, and multiple payment methods are integrated. In feedback loops with the team, we sharpened the ordering flow.
Result
Customers now order in minutes instead of over multiple emails. Calculate the price, pick a date, pay, done. The team saves time because standard inquiries no longer have to be answered manually, and follow-up questions have dropped dramatically. The website has gone from figurehead to central sales channel. Orders now run digitally, predictably and without jumping between channels.
